About Sandy Radom

Welcome, and thank you for visiting Sandy Radom Photography. I am a travel
landscape photographer, and I’ve been behind the camerasince
the late 1960s. What began as a fascination with light and form
has growninto a lifelong journey of exploration—capturing the
beauty of natural landscapes, quiet moments, and the character of places around the world.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from some of the most respected names in photography.
I studied with the late Fred Picker and Ansel Adams, whose teachings laid a
strong technical and artistic foundation. I’ve also attended workshops with
John Sexton, George Lepp, Michael Reichmann, John Paul Caponigro,
Jeff Schewe, Stephen Johnson, and Seth Resnick—each one inspiring me to grow creatively and embrace new tools and techniques.
My approach is grounded in patience, simplicity, and the belief that a
powerful image tells its own story. Whether I’m photographing vast
landscapes or quiet, intimate details, I strive to create work
that invites reflection and appreciation for the world we share.
I hope you enjoy exploring my images as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them.
